What Streak costs over 36 months

Every figure below is Streak's own published rate, annualised and multiplied out over 36 months at 10 users. Where Streak publishes no rate, the row says so instead of guessing.

Plan Charged List rate At 10 users 36 months
Pro Per user, per month $49/mo $490/mo $17,640
Pro+ Per user, per month $69/mo $690/mo $24,840
Enterprise Per user, per month $129/mo $1,290/mo $46,440

Billing Streak monthly instead of annually costs $590 a month rather than $490, a difference of $3,600 across the 36 months. That is the single largest lever on this page that costs nothing to pull.

The same plan at four team sizes

Streak charges per user, so the 36-month figure scales linearly with headcount. These are Pro totals, on annual billing, with no fees added.

Team size36-month total
5 users $8,820
10 users $17,640
25 users $44,100
50 users $88,200

Renewal sensitivity: three scenarios, not a forecast

Nobody knows what Streak charges in 2029. The table below is arithmetic on a rate you choose, not a prediction: it compounds the year-one total forward at 0%, 5% and 10% so you can see how much of the 36-month figure is exposed to a renewal you have not negotiated yet.

If the rateYear 1Year 2Year 3Three-year total
Held flat $5,880 $5,880 $5,880 $17,640
5% a year $5,880 $6,174 $6,482.70 $18,536.70
10% a year $5,880 $6,468 $7,114.80 $19,462.80

What sits outside the Streak list price

Each line, what triggers it, and how to avoid it

Usage and overage

Stated on the pricing page: AI credit packs cost $100-$1,000/month for 1k-25k credits.

What triggers it. Usage, not people, drives this. That makes it the least predictable component of a three-year Streak commitment and the one most worth instrumenting early.

How to avoid it. Negotiate committed-volume pricing if consumption is predictable at all. Over 36 months, a pre-committed rate beats list overage by a wide margin.

Onboarding and implementation

Stated on the pricing page: Advanced implementation services billed separately for custom workflows.

What triggers it. A year-one charge that never appears in a monthly comparison. It hits once, before Streak delivers any value, and it is entirely absent from the $17,640 subscription figure above.

How to avoid it. Check whether a partner or your own team can do the same work. Configuration you can do yourself is rarely worth vendor day-rates.

Contract and commitment terms

Stated on the pricing page: Annual billing required to hit the 20% discount.

What triggers it. Triggered at signature. The $490 a month for 10 users rate is conditional on the commitment. Take the flexible route and the headline price is not the price you get.

How to avoid it. Price both routes before choosing. Committing three years to Streak for a discount is only rational if your gmail-native crm requirement is genuinely stable that long.

Feature gated to a higher tier

Derived from the published tiers: Moving from Pro to Enterprise costs a further $28,800 over 36 months at 10 users, which is 2.6x the entry total.

What triggers it. Fires when a requirement lands that Pro does not cover. The jump is rarely proportional: you pay the higher tier across the whole 10 users basis to unlock one capability.

How to avoid it. Ask whether the capability can be bought as an add-on to Pro. Vendors frequently unbundle when the alternative is losing the deal.

Seat expansion

Derived from the published tiers: Five more users on Pro add $8,820 across 36 months, on top of the $17,640 above.

What triggers it. Growth is the trigger. Because Streak bills on a per-user crm that lives inside gmail, adding people mid-term adds cost on the original rate card, not on whatever you negotiated once.

How to avoid it. Get expansion pricing fixed in the order form for the full term. Without it, seats added in month 20 are quoted at list.

How that compares across crm software

The median crm software tool we track charges $19 a month at its cheapest paid tier. Re-expressed on the same basis as the figure above, 10 users for 36 months, that median works out at $6,840.

Streak lands $10,800 above that figure, 157.9%, measured across 25 tracked tools. A gap either way is a question, not a verdict: cheaper often means fewer included seats or a thinner support tier, and the fee lines below are where that difference usually reappears.

What changes at enterprise scale

Everything above prices the self-serve ladder. Enterprise sits off that ladder, which means the $17,640 figure is a floor for a large deployment rather than an estimate of one.

Enterprise tier at $129/user/month annual is published; larger Google Workspace deployments negotiate direct.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Streak cost over three years?

$17,640 on Pro at 10 users, billed annually, which is $490 a month held flat for 36 months. That figure covers the subscription only.

Does paying Streak annually save money?

Yes. Monthly billing costs $590 a month against $490 on annual commitment, a difference of $3,600 over 36 months at 10 users.

What does Streak charge for outside the plan price?

5 lines: usage and overage, onboarding and implementation, contract and commitment terms, feature gated to a higher tier and 1 more. Each one is broken down above with what triggers it and how to avoid it.

Could Streak cost more at renewal?

Possibly, and nothing on this page predicts it. If the rate held flat the three-year total would be $17,640; at a hypothetical 10% a year it would be $19,462.80. Cap the uplift in the contract and the question stops mattering.

What does Streak cost for a team of 25?

$44,100 over 36 months on Pro, billed annually. Streak charges per user, so that scales directly with headcount.
