Affiliate and editorial disclosure
This site is funded by display ads and, on some pages, affiliate commissions from vendors when you sign up via our outbound links. We never accept payment to change pricing data, rank a tool higher, or remove an unfavourable comparison. Vendor list prices are taken from each vendor's official pricing page; if you spot an error, tell us and we fix it within 7 days.
What "affiliate" means here
Some outbound links to vendor signup or pricing pages are tracked. If you click one and later become a paying customer of that vendor, we may earn a one-time or recurring commission. The commission is paid by the vendor — your price is exactly the same as if you'd typed the vendor URL directly into your browser.
Affiliated links carry an Affiliate badge next to the link and use the HTML attribute rel="sponsored" as required by Google and the US Federal Trade Commission. Untracked outbound links use rel="nofollow noopener".
Rules we follow
- Editorial first. Pricing data, tier comparisons, and "best for…" recommendations are written from public information without reference to commission rate. Two tools with different commission rates get the same treatment.
- No paid placements. No vendor pays to be listed, ranked higher, or to remove a competitor. We turn down sponsored-post pitches.
- No hidden links. Every affiliate link is either badged inline or signalled via
rel="sponsored"so search engines and browser extensions can identify it. - Right of correction. If a vendor's actual list price differs from what we show, send a link to their official pricing page and we publish the correction within 7 days. This rule applies whether or not we have an affiliate relationship with them.
- No affiliate links in editorial guides. Long-form guides at
/guides/(e.g. "Hidden fees in SaaS contracts") use untracked links to vendor pricing pages. Education trumps revenue. - No affiliate links on legal/contact pages.
/privacy/,/terms/,/disclosure/,/contact/,/about/are commission-free zones.
Networks we participate in
We currently have or are applying to programs on:
- PartnerStack — covers Asana, Notion, ClickUp, monday.com, HubSpot, Loom, Calendly, Pipedrive, Webflow, Lattice, and others.
- Impact — Airtable, Mailchimp, Shopify, Squarespace, Adobe, Atlassian, GoDaddy, Wix, ZoomInfo, and others.
- Direct vendor programs — case-by-case where the vendor runs their own affiliate program outside the major networks.
Roughly 200 of the ~485 tools we cover have affiliate-eligible links. The remaining ~285 don't run a public affiliate program — those links stay untracked.
The Price Sensor and editorial independence
The SaaS Price Index and per-vendor price-change detection are derived from each vendor's own published pricing page. Detections are published verbatim regardless of whether the vendor is in one of our affiliate programs. We do not delay, downplay, or remove price-increase pages because a vendor is a partner.
Display advertising
This site shows Google AdSense ads on most content pages. Legal and contact pages (/privacy/, /terms/, /disclosure/, /contact/) are ad-free. Ad targeting is governed by your consent choices via the cookie banner — see the Privacy Policy for details on Google Consent Mode v2 and how we keep ads non-personalised until you opt in.
