Tax, FX and payment processing

What triggers it. A charge Shortcut collects but does not set. It moves with your billing entity and your card, which is why two teams on the same Team plan can see different totals.
How to avoid it. Ask for a tax-inclusive quote in your own currency. Cross-border billing on a three-year term is where FX drift quietly eats a discount you negotiated once.
Contract and commitment terms
