What Perdoo costs over 36 months

Every figure below is Perdoo's own published rate, annualised and multiplied out over 36 months at 10 users. Where Perdoo publishes no rate, the row says so instead of guessing.

Plan Charged List rate At 10 users 36 months
Free Free $0 $0/mo $0
Premium Per user, per month $8/mo $80/mo $2,880
Supreme Per user, per month $10/mo $100/mo $3,600

The same plan at four team sizes

Perdoo charges per user, so the 36-month figure scales linearly with headcount. These are Premium totals, on annual billing, with no fees added.

Team size36-month total
5 users $1,440
10 users $2,880
25 users $7,200
50 users $14,400

Renewal sensitivity: three scenarios, not a forecast

Nobody knows what Perdoo charges in 2029. The table below is arithmetic on a rate you choose, not a prediction: it compounds the year-one total forward at 0%, 5% and 10% so you can see how much of the 36-month figure is exposed to a renewal you have not negotiated yet.

If the rateYear 1Year 2Year 3Three-year total
Held flat $960 $960 $960 $2,880
5% a year $960 $1,008 $1,058.40 $3,026.40
10% a year $960 $1,056 $1,161.60 $3,177.60

What sits outside the Perdoo list price

5 lines, sorted by when in the contract lifecycle they land. Lines marked as derived are arithmetic on Perdoo's own tier table rather than vendor prose.

Each line, what triggers it, and how to avoid it

Paid add-on or module

Stated on the pricing page: View-only licenses €1.50/user/month

What triggers it. Triggered by needing the capability, and then charged every cycle afterwards. Add-ons attach to the Premium subscription permanently, so this is a recurring line the $2,880 figure does not contain.

How to avoid it. Bundle the add-ons into the initial negotiation. They are discounted far more readily at first signature than when added in year two as a mid-term upsell.

Minimum spend or platform fee

Stated on the pricing page: 5-user minimum for paid plans

What triggers it. Triggered by being smaller than Perdoo prices for. It is why the 10 users basis above can understate the real entry cost for a small team.

How to avoid it. Ask what happens if you shrink. Minimums that only ratchet upward turn a three-year commitment into a bet on your own headcount.

Feature gated to a higher tier

Stated on the pricing page: Annual billing required for advertised rates

What triggers it. Fires when a requirement lands that Premium does not cover. The jump is rarely proportional: you pay the higher tier across the whole 10 users basis to unlock one capability.

How to avoid it. List every gated capability you will plausibly need in three years, then price Perdoo at that tier from the start. Comparing entry tiers you will not stay on is how a $2,880 plan becomes a much larger invoice.

Trial and free-tier conversion

Derived from the published tiers: Perdoo publishes a free tier. Every 36-month figure above starts from the month you leave it, not from signup.

What triggers it. Triggered by the trial expiring or a free-tier limit being crossed. The $2,880 figure above starts counting from that moment, not from signature.

How to avoid it. Diarise the conversion date and the cancellation route on day one. An unmanaged trial converting to Premium is the cheapest mistake on this page to prevent and the most common one to make.

Seat expansion

Derived from the published tiers: Five more users on Premium add $1,440 across 36 months, on top of the $2,880 above.

What triggers it. Fires when the team grows or splits into differently-priced groups. Mixed entitlements are how a single-rate assumption stops describing your invoice.

How to avoid it. Audit entitlements quarterly. On a three-year term, seats assigned to people who left are the most reliably wasted money in the whole okr software budget.

How that compares across project management software

The median project management software tool we track charges $9 a month at its cheapest paid tier. Re-expressed on the same basis as the figure above, 10 users for 36 months, that median works out at $3,240.

Perdoo lands $360 below that figure, 11.1%, measured across 30 tracked tools. A gap either way is a question, not a verdict: cheaper often means fewer included seats or a thinner support tier, and the fee lines below are where that difference usually reappears.

What changes at enterprise scale

Everything above prices the self-serve ladder. Enterprise sits off that ladder, which means the $2,880 figure is a floor for a large deployment rather than an estimate of one.

Volume discounts apply as user count grows; no implementation fees.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Perdoo cost over three years?

$2,880 on Premium at 10 users, billed annually, which is $80 a month held flat for 36 months. That figure covers the subscription only.

Does paying Perdoo annually save money?

Perdoo publishes the same effective rate either way on Premium, so there is no prepay discount to capture. Keep the monthly option unless the vendor offers something for the commitment.

What does Perdoo charge for outside the plan price?

5 lines: paid add-on or module, minimum spend or platform fee, feature gated to a higher tier, trial and free-tier conversion and 1 more. Each one is broken down above with what triggers it and how to avoid it.

Could Perdoo cost more at renewal?

Possibly, and nothing on this page predicts it. If the rate held flat the three-year total would be $2,880; at a hypothetical 10% a year it would be $3,177.60. Cap the uplift in the contract and the question stops mattering.

What does Perdoo cost for a team of 25?

$7,200 over 36 months on Premium, billed annually. Perdoo charges per user, so that scales directly with headcount.
